In the new HD 113 map, Rep. Bowers represents parts of Garland, Mesquite, and Rowlett. HD 113 now has less of Rowlett and completely lost Sunnyvale, Dallas, Seagoville, Combine, and most of Balch Springs. The district gained more parts of Garland and Mesquite.
