Let’s Keep Rhetta Bowers as Our Voice in Austin!
Even though COVID-19 has changed the way we’ve all had to go about our daily lives , campaigns still cost money. Along with what I pay my small staff, general office expenses, and expenditures due to being more dependent on technology to maintain contact with HD 113 residents, we also have to ensure we have money to buy advertising and campaign materials to help get our message out to voters.
There is no huge “war chest” to draw from – our campaign isn’t funded nor influenced by high-dollar paid political consultants. We are a grassroots campaign powered by the many wonderful volunteers, contributors like you, and my small campaign staff.
With all the change and uncertainty that exists today, this may not be the best time to ask people for money, especially for a political campaign. Your investment in this campaign keeps us in this fight together, and ensures our victory in November.
